For Grafana, I utilized their brand guidelines and curated a gamer / retro-inspired product catalog designed to reinforce brand identity and portray the joyfulness of their VKO event. I sourced and negotiated wholesale partnerships with Member’s Only, Champion, LEGO, and other brands to elevate perceived value and cultural relevance. I then led end-to-end production and fulfillment of each final kit — ensuring consistency, feasibility, and finish across components — and documented the final boxes through styled photography to support narrative, approvals, and cross-functional visibility.
